Important Conditions for Custom Orders:

1. Custom design orders require 7-10 working days for completion, depending on the complexity of the design.
   
   
2. Prices for custom orders may be slightly higher than our standard collection due to the extra detailing, effort, and materials involved.
   
   

3. Color shade may slightly vary from the reference image due to lighting, material texture, or screen difference.

4. The final pair is made strictly according to the size provided by you, if size issues occur, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

5. We take full responsibility only if the wrong size is sent based on our official size chart.
   

6. Comfort related issues are not guaranteed, as custom pairs are not tested through wear trials like our regular collections.
   
   
7. No return or refund is applicable for custom made pairs.
